Claypool Electric was hired to supplement the contracted electrical contractor who was failing to meet the schedule and provide a proper installation.
Challenges
In the winter of 2018, the project was in trouble. The schedule was not being met, there were numerous installation deficiencies, code violations and incomplete material packages. Claypool Electric was hired initially to review the project but was soon asked to take over to fix and complete the installation.
Outcome
We were able to complete the project only slightly behind schedule despite having to rework most of the existing installation.
