The Canal Winchester High School project included a complete remodel of the high school, along with the addition of 43,000 square feet of space to the building.

Challenges

Claypool Electric was the electrical and technology subcontractor for the remodel of the Canal Winchester High School which included an all-new electrical service, new-technology and low-voltage systems. The addition to the high school included a new arts wing, an auxiliary gymnasium and a media center, along with 16 new classrooms.

Outcome

Due to remote learning, access to the building was increased which allowed the project to be completed ahead of schedule.

Highlights

We installed a 3,000-foot fiber run that connected the school to the district office.
